After the design is approved, your jewelry enters production. Each piece is carefully crafted, finished, and inspected before it is presented to you.

Custom production timelines vary according to the complexity of the design, stone sourcing, and materials required. We will provide an estimated timeline before production begins and keep you informed throughout the process.

We can help reimagine select heirloom pieces by incorporating existing diamonds or gemstones into a new design. Each item must be evaluated in person to determine whether its materials are suitable for reuse.

Custom pricing is based on the design, materials, stones, labor, and complexity of the piece. Following your initial consultation, we will provide a proposal outlining the anticipated scope and cost.

A deposit may be required before design work, sourcing, or production begins. Custom deposits and payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
